Key Performance Indicators

Design documentation handed over on the client deadline.
Pre-tender estimates within 10% of the lowest tender.
All contract meeting minutes will be distributed within three working days.
All site works decisions will be made within one working day.
All instructions will be issued within two working days.
Interim accounts valued within four working days.
All letters will be answered within three working days.
Telephones will be answered within four rings during office hours.

Satisfaction questionnaires will be issued for all projects over £25K and the results acted upon in order to continually improve performance.
