Cycle 360.

Cycle 360 is a unique multi-function three-storey facility, where cycling, fitness and cafe culture all meet under one roof.

Situated just outside Douglas in the Isle of Man Business Park, it provides parking and safe access to the countryside for cyclists and walkers alike.

A family-friendly, open-plan cafe and bike shop is situated on the ground floor of the building, while the first floor comprises a high-end fitness and conditioning facility, with a gym/weights room and separate Pilates, Yoga and Spin studios.

A modern Grade A office suite on the second floor has its own private entrance and roof terrace.

For this project ECS designed a Heat Recovery Ventilation System with exposed services carefully detailed and coordinated by ECS to complement the spatial design created by the Architect. Heat recovery systems typically recover about 60–95% of the heat in exhaust air and significantly improve the energy efficiency of buildings.
