The complete building, from truck dock levellers to fridges and freezer rooms, is completely environmentally controlled and has a roof drencher sprinkler system.
ECS have designed all mechanical and electrical services for this facility including offices, warehousing, external areas and connection of a bio fuel plant, allowing cooking fat to fuel food distribution vehicles
