Residential Project
The development consists of a new-build 40 unit Extra Care facility with an adjoining health centre and on-site GP surgery. The grade II listed buildings on the site have been retained and restored to their former glory whilst being sensitive to the ‘bats’!
The high quality apartments have been fitted with the latest equipment to help support safe and independent living and the development includes communal areas, a restaurant, hair salon & cinema room. The design also included a new sprinkler system.

The scheme has been designed and constructed as ‘Good’ under the BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes, incorporating many innovative features to meet the environmental benchmark for best practice in sustainable building design, construction and operation.
