This project revolved around the construction of two new individually styled properties in one of the most desirable areas of Cheshire.

This project ably demonstrates ECS’ ability to interpret a developer’s brief, ensuring that the final system infrastructure is provided in a form that is completely compatible with user fit-out.

The building specification also included a gymnasium and partitioned intruder alarm system.

During construction, ECS provided expert input, intended to guide the client in their choices of hardware selection; specifying systems with a public brand identity, including Lutron Lighting and Smart Home technology, in the downstairs entertaining spaces and Cinema rooms.

The outcome was quick sale, with further commissions to complete the design and project management of smart technology systems to the new purchasers’ brief.
