Partington Shopping Centre, Manchester

This development comprised of Tesco Local and Heron Foods as anchor tenants.

The development, in two blocks, included a range of single unit retail outlets with upper floor office units. ECS determined all building loads and advised in relation to Utility applications. ECS also determined compliance with Approved Document Part L and advised on building services requirements on units to be let.

The development included extensive car parking and a market square. ECS have designed all LED lighting systems and designed bollard units to provide small power for portable market stalls.

ECS also liaised with Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council in relation to the extension and adaptation of their CCTV system to include for fibre diversions and new cameras to cover the new mixed use development.
