This project involved the design of a replica shopping mall with various retail environments allowing the client to display their clothing ranges to retail customers such as Tesco and Asda.

These spaces are mechanically ventilated, each with comfort cooling. The lighting uses gimbels to provide high levels of vertical illuminence for products. Additional LED lighting within ceiling coppers finished the overall effect.

The warehouse area has high level racking with reflective beam fire alarm detection. All office space benefits from LG7 compliant lighting, with a high level of colour recognition lamp sources used in the clothing design studio and prototype area. In addition to this, extensive security systems were designed with external CCTV systems linked to external movement sensors. This system, when armed, sends CCTV signals to a remote monitoring centre. This is linked to an external public address system to advise intruders that they are being watched.
