EN:PROCURE FRAMEWORK SUCCESS FOR ECS

With over 600 tenders submitted and following a ‘detailed and challenging test’, ECS Consultants are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a place on the EN:Procure framework.

EN:Procure is a not for profit procurement consortium established in 2006 to serve the construction needs of the social housing landlord community. Since the consortium was formed, Efficiency North has delivered over £100m of efficiencies with it’s members whilst maintaining a strong focus on their other core themes of workforce development, community investment and environmental sustainability.

The new framework aims to provide a full range of leading edge, cost effective, easily accessible consultancy services for Efficiency North’s membership and customers in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England. Although it was designed predominantly for social housing, it can also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations.

With an estimated total value of £10.4m across its 4-year lifetime, the framework consists of 8 lots offering a variety of construction-related consultancy services including mechanical and electrical services and building surveying.
