This project involved the construction of a new two form entry Primary school, designed to BIM Level 2.

ECS advised the client regarding utilities for the existing campus and the supply to the new Primary School, resulting in a saving to the client of £40K on utility costs.

The building was heated using a ground source heat pump in order to maximise efficiency and ECS undertook all detailed design of the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems using Revit Software, fully coordinated to BIM Level 2 .

The project required completion in time for the start of the Autumn term so ECS project managed the scheme over the Bank Holiday and at weekends to ensure timely project delivery.
