Residential Project

The Cube and Advent (Phase V), Manchester

This project comprised of the design and project management in relation to the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.

Employed by Peel Holdings, ECS Consultants were required to design Part L Compliant systems at a reduced capital expenditure.

In order to deliver this, ECS worked closely with the project Architects to advise on fabric and air permeability requirements so that electric panel heaters could be specified, still meeting the requirements of Approved Document L1A Building Regulations.
