This magnificent five storey design, comprising sub-basement through to second floor, incorporates every aspect of luxury living, including swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, gymnasium, games room and cinema room.

In addition, there are a range of entertaining rooms and two further floors of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. ECS designed Mechanical, Electrical, Pool Plant and Audio Visual systems. The Smart Home technology brought together a number of systems using a KNX platform to control underfloor heating, air conditioning and motorised blinds from a single keypad.

The KNX system allowed the design to meet the client’s brief to have single controllers with no wall clutter. Other features on this project include a ground source heat pump for heating and colour change LED lighting within the pool area. ECS Consultants worked closely with the project Architect and French Interior Designers to ensure complex engineering systems were integrated to maximum aesthetic appeal.
